Coredrilling:
A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition has highly trained equipment operators on the different drills required to perform in a variety of job sites. Any size diameter, 1/2" - 48"+, can be drilled at any desirable depth. High-cycle, self drilling and hydraulic drills can perform at maximum efficiency in any given situation.
Flat Sawing:
Customers of A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition rely on the skilled operators to make precision cuts in steel-reinforced concrete, pre-cast concrete, asphalt and stone. Inside cutting can also be accomplished without dust and dangerous fumes for building modifications.
Wall Sawing:
A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition uses high cycle, romotely controlled wall saws to cut precise openings in verticle, horizonal & steep inclines. For depths up to 24" from one side, the wall saw is ideal for flush cuts.
Wire Sawing:
A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition's highly technical operators can cut through any desired thickness and heavy steel using a remotely operated wire saw in hard to reach areas. Ideal for precision cutting in any regular or irregular shape needed for retrofitting, reengineering and reconstruction projects without any overcuts at the corners.
Excavation:
A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition performs trenching and wet taps for major Plumbing and Electrical contractors. Excavation for grease traps, grease interceptors and electrial vaults are a few of the services provided.
Hard & Soft Demolition:
With highly adaptable concrete and metal saw cutting tools, power sources and remote operations, A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition can overcome any jobsite requirements, including restricted space and limited access issues, dust free and zero emissions and vibration and noise restrictions.
Penetrating Radar:
Using the latest technology in penetrating radar, A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demolition can accurately locate rebar, post-tension cables and conduits within poured concrete before cutting, drilling or coring, therefore avoiding costly or dangerous hits.
Saw & Seal:
A-1 Concrete Cutting & Demoition has supplied and installed hot and cold liquid sealant and preformed compression seal on comercial properties, highways, airports and military installations in the western United States.
